今晚試咗依間喺北角匯地下嘅自助燒牛扒專門店🥩佢有唔同嘅部位可揀，重量都可以自～自己去櫃枱嗌嘢食，店員姐姐頗有性格，愛理不理，嗌嘢食好似阻住佢做嘢咁，難搞🙃嗌完嘢食後，姐姐就會即刻從凍櫃拎出牛扒，輕輕一切然後將牛扒放上磅磅重⚖️可惜容人睇唔到究竟有幾重，唯有相信😉✴️200g 封門柳✴️店員預先會先煎扒到3成熟，再由熱石板煎熟🔥封門柳肉味較淡，不過質感幾好，記得要加鹽同燒汁食，會加返好多分🤟🏻✴️220g 肉眼牛扒✴️肉眼脂肪較多，肉質再柔軟啲～依塊肉眼幾厚身，如果唔鍾意太生嘅肉的話，記得要先切開一塊塊再煎熟，否則到最後塊板就唔夠熱，會煎唔熟🙈
