To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 入到去好快有位，野食都好快到。叫左過橋米線，重慶三哥酸辣10少，一飲個湯底，唔似平時食開既重慶味，得麻油既辣，無酸無香味。米線都係同平時三哥一樣，煮得好淋唔好咬口。加上啲餸先係最失望，個舊豬潤係乾柴柴，唔知係煮得太耐定唔新鮮，仲粉過煲湯既豬潤。連其他分店食既雞肉，平時會覺得好爽同滑，但呢到既雞肉都係好乾好柴，好似柴過白灼既雞柳。。。其他餸都係奇奇怪怪，食到一半忍唔住都要影張相。最後一提，呢到既staff，唔會主動帶位，比menu同落單。見到其他枱甚至落錯單，落錯枱號，最常見就係捱住張bar枱傾計。加上，冷氣滴水，我地2個人坐一張4人枱，前面同隔離都不斷滴水。下次都唔會再黎呢間分店
