To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出面唔少麵包都會用咗化學物(例如膨脹劑)簡化程序，而品穀嘅麵包以無添加做主打，鋪頭入面都寫上麵包主要嘅材料，真係食得安心✅仲有好多款特色麵包同蛋糕!!!玻璃櫃入面款款都好吸引😍最後我都買咗好多先出翻黎😂1. 栗子之星 $24今次買嘅最鐘意依個‼️栗子蓉細滑絲柔，甜度自然恰好，而且都佔咗大半個包唔會覺得啲餡唔夠😂加上朱古力粉及同曲奇碎點綴，味道更有層次2. 榛子之舞 $29外層麵包酥皮烘得金黃，粒粒榛子完美地混入麵團，入面同牛角包一樣有好多層次3.伯爵鬆餅 $18Size圓形都幾大個，見到用咗好多茶葉earl grey味好香，翻屋企烘咗一陣再食，口感都仲係鬆軟又唔會一咬散哂4.海鹽焦糖碧根果曲奇 $25酥脆曲奇上面鋪滿哂唔同款嘅nuts, 最特別係出面包咗層海鹽焦糖嘅表層超好食😍同啲堅果勁夾5.生吐司 (3片) $16材料好講究，混合咗日清麵粉同法國T45麵粉，口感香軟，奶香味都比一般生吐司更突出🌟推薦指數：7/10▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️📍Concept 品穀 (灣仔)灣仔太和街10-20號福和大廈地下B舖
