To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10月26日揾食肥華陪靚媽到，深水埗運動場做完運動，時近中午，兩人便拍拖漫步到，青山道，呢間粉麵店食晏，因為時間尚早，肥華，靚媽，坐到舒適嘅四人卡座，又見到此店有自助斟水機，啱晒肥華心水，加添對此店好感。而食物質素方面，今餐肥華在此店，食到嘅嗰碟，蚝仔煎蛋飯，真喺驚為天人，大大塊煎蛋内裡包住份量不少，體積唔細嘅新鮮，蚝仔，連靚媽呢個煮飯婆，都讚此店，呢塊煎蛋質素無懈可擊，而跟餐嗰碗，紫菜湯，味道偏咸卻啱，肥華口味，加上此個飯餐衹喺賣$48唔俾個A+評分佢，都唔得。而此店招牌名物，牛雜米粉，則令肥華大失所望，牛雜欠缺應有味道，湯頭清淡，引致啲浸湯米粉，淡而無味，此店呢碗牛雜粉，衹值E級評分。不過因為此店，今餐嗰客蚝仔煎蛋飯，實在太，出色，堪稱，平，靚，正，攞盡肥華，靚媽，歡心，所以今餐有👍👍👍👍👍
