To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲品味道一般，但職員態度惡劣！

平日本身飲開賞茶，唔知係咪因為嗰日荷理活有活動，職員話無哂冰，得熱飲。咁於事我就去咗天仁喫茶趣買啦，點知買嘢飲仲要俾人黑口黑面！我都明做咗成日，仲要多單夜晚真係笑唔出。到我買嘅時候，我話要少冰，個職員就問我介唔介意走冰（個樣已經黑哂，語氣好差，好悔氣），我呆咗兩秒先識答佢。之後我企開咗等，到我後面個男人買，佢又話要少冰，職員又係嗰個介唔介意走冰。個男人問返佢，唔可以少冰啊？個職員又係嗰句介唔介意走冰，不過今次個附送咗一下反白眼……當住個客面前反白眼！佢從無解釋過點解要走冰，淨係不停重覆嗰句，你話你答到攰，你可以貼張紙出嚟話無冰，但仍然可以提供凍飲。而唔係咁樣黑哂面又態度差去答人！
