To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說香港呢個繁忙嘅都市，有時真係懶得郁，想喺屋企都可以有個港式飲茶feel。今次試咗一間店嘅外賣服務，簡直係方便到爆燈💡！首先，靚靚嘅Minions紫薯包，睇落去真係夠哂吸引，而且食落去甜甜地，啖啖紫薯香，包皮又滑又軟，口感正！接住嘅蝦餃同燒賣就無話可說，皮薄餡美多汁，一啖一個剛剛好。至於呢個與眾不同嘅脆炸鮮奶卷，炸得啱啱好，外皮香脆得嚟又唔油膩，咬落去啲鮮奶味道慢慢滲出嚟，令人回味無窮👍。健康嘅碎牛粥同雞冬菇粥亦都一絕，綿滑嘅口感，低調嘅調味，用料真心不錯，啖啖肉感，粥水分佈均勻，暖笠笠嘅感覺直接暖入心窩，係秋冬天氣飲啖熱粥，實在太滋味啦😋。整體來講，試住呢間店嘅飲食體驗都算係蠻正！下次想飲個茶歎個靚粥，唔洗出街，輕鬆一click就搞掂，舒服！🥢🍽️
