To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗餐廳選擇多, 但是很難找到間合心水, 價錢又合理的餐廳.今次揀了出名手攪麵的大家食, 一進內就看到牆上的banner推銷村村住家鍋麵, 說是飲食天王得獎菜式.整體而言味道香濃, 很容易食得出味精, 不過算是接受程度之內, 份量也相當多. 之前有留意過其他食評, 指環境不算乾淨, 我認為這視乎時段, 如果是下午晚上繁忙時段, 員工比較忙 的確會沒乾淨.
