一開始見到披薩對眼發曬光,完全無留意到係全素😮💨佢係薄脆餅乾底,不過黃車厘茄醬好酸,朝鮮薊應該醃漬過,恕我唔識欣賞🤢

不過都要讚個講廣東話嘅侍應,忙到踢晒腳嘅情況下都仲係勁細心,挑左成十分鐘魚骨😳對上一次係另一間食鹽焗海魚,鹹到腎虧之後有陰影🤥好彩呢間係行清淡路線,簡單既香草橄欖油,突顯出魚肉既鮮味但唔腥🐟

炸牛小排外皮好脆,但肉質乾鞋口,而且無咩牛味,有啲似吉列豬扒咁,配上黑松露片同埋松露蛋黃醬,越食越有油溢感🧐

唔知係咪太忙,所以無咗Table side即刻整呢樣嘢🥲佢都真係超級大嘅一盤,面頭既Mascarpone Cheese比例高,呈液體狀較為濕潤滑溜,個人覺得可以再雪耐多少少,另外咖啡會比酒味濃得多☕️

撻皮保持脆身,面頭係白朱古力慕絲,呢層偏甜左啲,底下係士多啤梨果肉粒🍓
