To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟到沙田萬怡酒店 享受早餐buffet, 酒店距離地鐵站大約行八分鐘路程 ， 餐廳位於酒店嘅 一樓 ，首先 喺餐廳行咗個圈地方好大好舒服 , 座位寬敞 有卡位,有好多 六人 至12人大枱 如果一個家族嚟食都夠坐😂, 嘢食都好似幾豐富好多選擇。嘢食方便 大致上都ok， 生果新鮮， 飲品選擇多。 不過 我order咗個 火腿芝士 奄列就麻麻地， 火腿同芝士份量都好少 我甚至見唔到有芝士， 蛋煎得太熟 太老🤣， 另外 我見到佢個牌寫住皮蛋瘦肉粥但係 我見唔到有皮蛋淨係見到小小碎肉😅值得一讚嘅係 早餐buffet十點半完 佢去到10點25分仍然refill生果👍
