To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長話短說環境：差，個別位地上好油，有垃圾，開頭坐的位有野咬腳，自己行去第二張枱，地下都係有垃圾，不過費事再行，由佢啦。落單：因為加裝左隔板，好難招到伙計落單，好多餐廳都有呢個問題，無計。食物：叫左三份。1，牛扒餐五成熟，目測真係五成熟，唔係我食，屋企人話75分。2，野菜豚肉炒粉絲，屋企人表示65分。3，咖喱牛腩飯，薯仔同牛腩數量算ok,飯ok, 個汁好唔掂，只有辣味，咖哩汁無咖哩味，唔識俾分。服務：無乜嘢服務啦，自助好過，自己去拎水飲，自己去找餐具（個位餐具無補充），收銀個妹妹幾好禮貌，完。
