To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢两次来既感觉大有不同。餐廳嘈左,服务 水平低左。0的台set 得太逼喇,以前走廊前set兩行而加set三行台,同旁邊D 距離實在太近。野食水準依然保持,但服務就有待改進。我地食到0甘上下,清清地再叫個蒜蓉炒菜,但等等等等等,時間已過左20 分鐘,請個部長跟跟單,部長check 完話有落單叫我地等等,再過多10 分鐘,我地再問問個部長,部長check 完話而加整緊。唔系下嘛,雖則知道你門面多人,有delay都明白,但系都唔系等左30 分鐘之後至開始炒個菜下嘛。另外,服務員將的醬料擺到老遠(有相為證),都唔知道擺響度做裝飾丫,定卑客人享用。
