To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為同病咗嘅阿妹同唔太熱衷生冷野嘅母親同行,今餐點左唔少熟食,有銀鱈魚西京燒、牛肉炒拉面,燒羊架,意想不到主打魚生刺身嘅魚一熟食都咁多選擇。

只賣HK$58真係抵食到不得了,出面超市一磅都要賣到HK$150以上,擺係面前嘅銀鱈魚最少有大半磅,自己買翻嚟煮都冇咁平!!!開頭我都懷疑店方用平啲嘅黑鱈魚充銀鱈魚,但食左第一啖已經知道佢係用靚銀鱈魚嘅!油香豐富,肉每條纖維彈牙。而味道就調較到啱啱好,夠鹹香惹味而唔會搶走魚鮮。呢道定食,小弟認為造得非常出色,比起刺身,呢味菜俾我嘅印像更深,非常肯定會翻嚟Encore 呢味。

並非自家製,但來貨靚,粉漿跟蔬菜及章魚的比例甚好,木魚絲同蛋黃醬係章魚燒靈魂,使本來只係小小麵團變得甚為惹味。

呢度嘅串燒只算普通,係用滾油拉熟再燒嘅,不過肉本身唔錯,所以無論羊架同牛舌肉嘅肉質都嫩滑,羊架仲一啲都唔羶添。
