To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 韓樂落腳大圍幾個月，今日首次光顧。是次是星期六午膳時間光顧，約有九成座位已被佔用。樓面員工足夠，無需等候太耐即可下單。衛生情況未見有問題，下單時亦未覺得員工態度有問題。但等候食物上枱期間聽到其他食客指有侍應落錯單。本次光顧叫了石鍋飯，類似茶餐廳有熱飲以套餐形式一同供應。食物風味偏向港式，例如石鍋飯當中會加入傳統石鍋飯中不會出現的魚乾仔。總結味道可以接受，但與韓國風味相距甚遠。以60幾蚊的套餐價錢而言，有點偏貴。
