今晚去咗灣仔嘅酒常堯,入面環境幾隱蔽,但一入去就感覺到氣氛幾好,仲有啲Bar嘅feel。呢度嘅串燒真係值得一試,食物質素相當高。-原隻燒魷魚:新鮮到不得了,經過烤製後外脆內嫩,咬落去肉質彈牙,味道非常出色。- 秘汁燒生蠔:生蠔配上獨家秘製醬汁,口感鮮香濃郁。醬汁調得剛好,唔會蓋過蠔肉本身嘅鮮味,反而令整體風味更豐富。- 白饍:烹飪得恰到好處,保留住白饍原本嘅味道,仲能吸收醬汁,清新可口。- 燒油甘魚鲛*:油甘魚鮫肉質厚實,烤得外皮香脆,內裡保持住鮮嫩多汁。- 免治雞肉棒:雞肉棒做得幾講究,肉質滑嫩多汁,散發住淡淡肉香,搭埋隻日本蛋,味道真係正到爆。- 厚烧牛舌心:牛舌心肉質細膩,烤製後保持住軟嫩多汁,鮮香味十足,真係一流。- 鹽燒黑豚腩:黑豚肉質鮮嫩,每一口都好Juicy,簡單嘅鹽烤手法能夠突顯肉嘅美味,咬下去口感恰到好處。overall 酒常堯嘅串燒無論係烹調技術定口味都表現得相當出色,能夠保持食材本身嘅味道,還能設計出多層次嘅口感體驗。真係幾值得返黎再試!
