一段時間冇去過嘅餐廳. 諗住去D無咁多人的地方. 今日又黃雨又紅兩, 好彩冇水浸咋😥呢間海鮮酒家係自攜海鮮來料加工. 老闆侍應都好有禮貌雖然我一段時間冇去仲叫得出我個名😉坐低放低咗沙薑鳳爪,皮蛋,酸薑橋頭.海鮮買咗啲龍蝦,蟶子,扇貝,瓜子魚,花甲,美國桶蠔,鮑魚.在喺餐廳點咗個金銀蛋白菜仔,咸魚雞粒炒飯.做法如下: 上湯龍蝦煎米粉底, 果皮蒸鮑魚,油鹽水花甲王,豉椒炒蟶子,蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,砵酒焗桶蠔,清蒸魚.廚房嘅功夫唔係特別差,但係所有嘅食材,最終都係煮得比較熟. 支持本土消費. 收費合理,服務ok☺️
