To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在銅鑼灣想食街頭美食， 我都會諗起謝家車仔麵。它位於銅鑼灣sogo後面，地鐵行幾分鐘就到，交通方便。店舖面積不算大，放了大概五六張枱， 牆上貼著老闆和很多明星拍的照， 相信以前很多明星也會半夜過來這裏吃吧。魚蛋咖哩魚蛋河粉我們點了魚蛋咖哩魚蛋河粉，還有豆卜通菜腐皮瀨粉。 這裏的咖哩魚蛋很出名， 果然名不虛傳，咖哩汁有一點辣， 魚蛋不算爽口彈牙，不過配咖哩汁也很好吃。豆卜通菜腐皮瀨粉另外那個豆卜通菜腐皮粉，我選了中 辣， 通菜很新鮮，腐皮加上他們的秘製辣椒醬，很惹味。

我們點了魚蛋咖哩魚蛋河粉，還有豆卜通菜腐皮瀨粉。 這裏的咖哩魚蛋很出名， 果然名不虛傳，咖哩汁有一點辣， 魚蛋不算爽口彈牙，不過配咖哩汁也很好吃。
