To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知要食乜嘅時候一定會諗起茶記香港特色凍檸茶凍奶茶常餐下午茶餐由細到大都覺得茶餐廳入面個廚房好犀利究竟點樣係個有限空間裏面快靚正咁煮到咁多唔同款嘅嘢食呢豬扒炒公仔麵炒得夠乾身有五件切件豬扒唔會得骨又唔會太硬一定要叫侍應哥哥配碟辣椒醬自己覺得呢個食法先夠港式另外個啫啫滑雞煲配白飯都算得上係男人的浪漫加埋仲有幾舊豬肚同洋蔥都幾豐富兩杯凍飲同埋連例湯埋單百零蚊個羅宋湯真係香港獨有嘅風味嚟當係早午餐或者下午茶餐都冇問題
