To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日放假約咗舊同事食午餐, 舊同事食中午飯係放一點鐘,但我已經十二點半去攞飛都要等到成一點幾先可以入座。要在金鍾食午餐真係難。餐廳是使用手機下單,我和舊同事都點了原煲薑蔥爆沙茶牛肉蛋出前一丁。沙茶味濃加上窩蛋令整個沙茶湯底更加綿滑,牛肉鮮嫩,出前一丁軟硬度正常 ,是一個令你想繼續食的食物。
