To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在西營盤的一間家庭式餐廳,簡約美式風格的裝潢。在下午茶的時間去試食,餐廳的坐位不多。雖然小店的環境比較狹窄,但裡面的開放式廚房就好有睇頭。一入內,老闆就主動介紹店內特色食品等等。讓我感到非常親切。最後叫了一客黑松露炒蛋和一杯意大利咖啡。蛋炒得又滑又嫩配上黑醋沙拉,剛剛好飽肚。而咖啡也是不過不錯。
