很久沒有吃片皮鴨了! 看到鰂魚涌開了一間新店主打鴨的菜式,就約了朋友們去吃晚飯。這裡環境十分優雅,環境寬敞,柔和燈光,很舒適。我們叫了招牌菜-北京烤鴨點了原隻烤鴨,已切好一片片,並有一籠籠餅皮放在蠟燭座上,另附有小碟裝上烤鴨醬、青瓜條、蔥、麻醬和黑糖。鴨肉片肥瘦適中,肉味香,把青瓜條和蔥放在一起點醬再用餅皮包裹來吃,十分滋味-雲南黑土豬叉燒 是例牌一碟的份量,叉燒的肉質有咬口,很爽脆,而且很香甜-咖哩脆皮牛腩第一次吃脆皮牛腩,原來是炸牛腩,很香脆,咖哩汁是帶點甜味和微辣,撈飯很配-麥香黃金蝦有4大件,黃金蝦很大件,質感很爽脆,底下放了紅肉火龍果,配搭很新鮮-桂花雪梨脆鳝球有半件雪梨在中間,燉軟了很香甜,旁邊有大約6件脆鳝,加了桂花糖漿,很香口

-麥香黃金蝦
有4大件,黃金蝦很大件,質感很爽脆,底下放了紅肉火龍果,配搭很新鮮

-桂花雪梨脆鳝球
有半件雪梨在中間,燉軟了很香甜,旁邊有大約6件脆鳝,加了桂花糖漿,很香口
