今日接女朋友收工去食飯佢叫我諗食乜嘢,打開open rice搜尋附近有咩食,比我搵到一間打正旗號汕頭牛肉火鍋既食店,新開冇comment,但見到入d相裝修幾靚,又有Ricky師傅幫襯一於試下!入到鋪頭唔算大,可能新開加上平日冇乜人地方都好乾淨企理,店員好親切笑容介紹餐牌牛肉部位,我同佢講我啱啱返完潮州食過牛肉火鍋一定會比較,佢好有信心話一定會令的滿意!餐廳牛既大部份部位都有得食,而且每個位置都可以點細份,丸類菜類仲可以雙拼,呢樣真係抵讚!湯底揀原味牛骨湯,最初點咗3樣牛肉(匙仁、吊龍,五花趾)試下水溫,我比較中意匙仁肉味濃同比較淋,女朋友中意吊龍因為有油花比較滑,五花趾我地都唔係好識欣賞比較韌同有咬口,之後再叫多碟匙柄肉味濃同有咬口!!之後再叫咗皇帝菜拼芋頭、鮮蝦、汕頭粿條,實在叫得太多,最後服務員問要唔要食糖水都飽到食唔落!整體食物質素真係唔錯,香港嚟講算係正宗,價錢亦唔算貴,埋單加一$1045,銅鑼灣區真係算抵食,下次會再返食!!
