To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 除夕這天仍要跑到觀塘工作,下班後便打算到附近找點東西吃,這才想起一直想試下的一杯。可能是除夕的關係,人有點多,可是一個人很快便有位置了。入座前,領座的告訴我由於是除夕,每人最低消費$300,有點驚訝有這條規距,不過想想整天沒吃過什麼又懶得再找另一間餐廳便進去了。甫上座,便叫了出名的關西燒(Okonomiyaki), 點了二品關西燒,選了白身魚和蝦仁兩個toppings. 關西燒果然名不虛傳,大概是我在全港吃過最正宗和好美的。做法和在大阪吃到的一樣,不像其他店吃得一口麵粉味。燒餅由薄薄的煎麵餅包覆著椰菜絲和toppings,還有煎蛋,加上燒餅醬和沙律醬,味道一流!作為餃子狂,另外點了一客豚肉煎餃,岀乎意料的美味,香港日式食店的煎餃大多做得皮薄而肉少,一夾便散開。這裡的煎餃皮薄得來肉餡足,味濃郁,而且不會夾散,底部夠脆,加上餃子汁可謂一流。在menu內不起眼但筆者大推。為了met minimum charge, 再點了一份海膽炒飯,相對前面兩道菜,這個炒飯卻無甚驚喜。海膽味鮮而濃郁,量有點少,炒飯內有貝柱。整個菜好味但完全是靠材料在撐,要價$130有點不值。最後再點了杯巨蜂燒酎,巨蜂味突出
