我係馬來西亞人，今日跟我星加坡朋友去試下呢間店。點咗蝦麵，招牌辣椒版面。版面味道唔錯，辣度啱啱好，但係份量細少少。蝦麵呢，非常啲disappointing。第一，佢嘅湯唔夠蝦味。第二，好似用咗肉骨茶嘅湯當湯底，味道唔啱。第三，佢俾嘅参巴辣椒醬唔夠多，所以唔夠辣。我唔敢相信 米芝蓮會介紹呢店，跟我哋嘅本地餐相差有啲遠。I'm a Malaysian and I gave this store a try with my Singaporean friend today. We saw it was Michelin guide recommended, so we hoped it would be good. We ordered their prawn mee and signature chili pan mee. The pan mee was alright, spiciness was just about right, but portion was a bit small. Prawn mee, on the other hand, was disappointing.

We ordered their prawn mee and signature chili pan mee. The pan mee was alright, spiciness was just about right, but portion was a bit small. Prawn mee, on the other hand, was disappointing. The prawn flavour wasn't strong enough. The soup tasted a bit weird; it tasted like they used bak kuh teh soup as the base and added prawn flavouring or something. Lastly, the sambal given for the prawn mee wasn't enough, so the soup wasn't spicy enough. Can't believe this store is Michelin recommended, because it tastes so different from what we get back home.
