To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重臨馬鞍山，再度吃日食，今次不揀小店，且有小童想吃兒童餐，繁忙午市經過馬市，遂進這店相對不用等位。裝修和其他分店差不多，淺黃色的木質裝修、枱凳，光光猛猛，有四枱卡座左右，有些是單人面壁的長枱，其餘4人枱那樣。點了兩大一小的午餐。龍蝦🦞味滑蛋飯定食，滑蛋汁看起來很水，如喜歡少汁恐怕會厭惡，因是多蛋汁到浸濕所有飯。對此我是接受的，因有炸蝦🍤這超熱氣東西，配多些餸汁比較易入口，炸蝦🍤小脆不過沒蝦味，食素蝦那樣感覺；另點了雜錦刺身定食，刺身新鮮度可以，但鮮味就一般，好多時這類切粒魚生飯也是些斬頭斬味的位置，驚喜欠奉；再來的兒童餐，和風牛肉定食，見同枱兒童吃得津津有味，說蛋卷很滑，類似鳴門卷的那片魚片很好吃。兩大人餐送雜菜沙律🥗，不過不失；果茶味像檸檬🍋茶，很大杯，好飲度可以。
