今日同Mr. A試左間新開既餐廳,食佢最鍾意食既牛扒。間餐廳係何文田叫Top Blade Steak Lab,個菜單得兩種揀: 平鐵牛扒同客席主廚平鐵牛扒 (其實唔知有乜分別),後者貴少少。薯條任食 配菜有沙律、湯同飲品。我叫左平d個個,而高要求既Mr A就當然食貴d個個客席主廚。一上枱個牛扒就傳來炭燒香味,medium rare岩岩好唔會血淋淋,入口即溶好軟好juicy。我試埋Mr A個個,點知仲好食,超級有牛味。個醬汁唔會太搶。配埋個side dish沙律好yummmmy! 松露油薯條真係唔同d,好香! 薯條任食對於大胃王既佢好著數。食到佢lam lam脷,我諗都唔差得去邊,哈哈。價錢唔貴,以呢個質素我地都覺得好抵食。服務細心,個店面都好cozy。聽講遲下menu會有多d選擇,已決定下個星期返兜,非常推薦!!!
