To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係灣仔返工，主要都係喺利東街果邊食lunch，但價廉且物美者唔多，於是呢日決定同同事行過黎駱克道呢邊搵食。行過軒尼詩冰廳 (柯布連道)，見唔少人等緊外賣，覺得呢度味道都應該唔錯，同事就提議入黎一試。我地叫左是日精選午餐3號 焗牛肝菌牛肉飯（$64）、黑松露蝦仁炒飯（$65）同埋西多士（$38）。雖然係是日精選午餐，但個焗牛肝菌牛肉飯絕對唔求其，係即叫即做，上檯時新鮮滾熱辣！而且牛肝菌香味濃郁，牛肉嫩滑，十分高質！至於個黑松露蝦仁炒飯，無諗過蝦仁可以有咁多，黑松露亦好香，炒飯好有鑊氣，味道一流。因為平日工作好忙，我地都好少可以食到下午茶，所以特登想試埋個西多士，估唔到又好有蛋香，外脆內軟，值得一試！😋😋😋軒尼詩冰廳（柯布連道）地址：灣仔柯布連道6A及6B號地下
