切開可以見到個橫切面好多層次!乳鴿大約五成熟,呈現血紅色,配上油潤鵝肝並以酥皮包裹,明明應該係好heavy嘅組合但係食起上嚟唔會覺得膩,成件事好香好match,不愧為餐廳嘅招牌菜💥
話說好搞笑嘅一樣嘢係,我同家姐食完返到屋企睇ig咁啱碌到同一間餐廳嘅食評,佢問我:點解人地嗰個有汁嘅,之後我哋先醒起個staff有俾到個汁叫我哋切開之後淋係裡面,但我哋掛住影相同食,完全無視左個汁🤣🤣可能因為冇汁已經好好食,所以察覺唔到🤣

同一般千層酥唔同,依度係採用咗薄脆,比較傳統千層酥少咗啲層次感同牛油香,我自己就覺得酥皮嘅比例再高返啲會更好,不過單講味道其實已經猶勝唔少餐廳☺️
