係香港可以食到有質數的燒烤店不多,朋友知道我鍾意食燒烤所以我特登帶我去燒烤堂。餐廳位置都唔算難穩,就係創興中心的後面!唔好看少餐廳細細,食物質數真係幾好的,而且選擇夠多中式日式都有。牛油蒜蓉焗雜菇:呢個焗雜菇($38)價錢一D都唔貴,一打開已經聞到好香的牛油和蒜蓉味道,裏面的雜菇分量十足,而且味道濃郁!我和朋友都一邊贊嘆,一邊密密食。蒜茸茄子:茄子開邊然後放入蒜蓉燒香,茄子上面更灑了少少青葱。茄子食落去好香口,味道一流!如果鍾意食辣的朋友仲可以自己加辣粉。鹽燒開邊雞中翼:雞中翼的外皮燒得好脆!而裏面的鷄肉卻依然嫩滑多汁!十分惹味道。燒虎椒:燒虎椒的火候控制得很好!不會燒的太霖而過熟,也不會虎椒未熟的菜青味道。最後我地仲叫左湯冬東和鰻魚抄飯,鰻魚抄飯分量合理!米飯粒粒分明而且滲有鰻魚香氣。湯烏東飲品方面我地叫左竹蔗茅根順便可以下下火。
