今天下班後和友人到九龍城上品火鍋料理吃飯慶生,一於試試有咩好食先去到已經9點半後,所以有八折,都唔錯丫我地嗌左個椰子花甲蟹鍋,初頭以為係椰子水加啲杞子海鮮嗰種,一黎到,嘩!原來係濃郁厚身如椰奶般既湯底!好surprised !入口湯底濃郁椰子味帶creamy ,加埋海鮮,成個湯底好正!海鮮加椰子既甜!湯底既花甲同蟹都好鮮甜,無因為湯底而求其!配料揀左蝦滑、流沙汁墨丸、西班牙黑毛豬,珊瑚蚌,豬紅,鯇魚片,四川粉皮,稻庭烏冬,生菜等等配料都好新鮮,特別要講個墨丸,咬一口流沙汁射出來,夾埋個墨丸既鮮味,整個口腔充滿著咸香味,好香好正!不過食時要小心熱淥親個口啊!黑毛豬淥到岩岩好熟放入口好軟滑!粉皮吸曬啲湯真係爽!哈哈不過個豬紅就唔得,有啲縮味都硬!食左兩件就不想再吃加湯方面不是加返椰子湯而是清湯,有點可惜。成晚的飲品主要係竹蔗矛根,一般般得糖甜味同偏貴不過overall 個湯底同墨魚丸取得高分,所以我都會再去的:)
