喺九龍城行過見到呢間茶餐廳夜晚都竟然滿座,而且價錢又相宜,所以決定嚟呢度解決晚餐~燒味入邊最鍾意食嘅就係叉燒,所以嗌盡晒呢度有嘅叉燒菜式比較一下😆炭火叉燒飯($88)貴為呢到最出名嘅炭火叉燒飯,餐牌背景有大大個皇帝坐喺度,就可想而知佢同其他叉燒係唔同。呢款叉燒特別厚切,而且半肥瘦,再用炭火燒過。所以除咗燶邊之外,仲會有微微嘅炭火香。再配上特級厚嘅炒蛋,推薦呢款。叉燒滑蛋飯($78)滑嫩嘅蛋配上鮮嫩多汁嘅叉燒,視覺上已經夠晒誘人。呢款嘅炒蛋係配上咗洋蔥同埋香蔥,再加上叉燒傳統嘅調味,食嘅每一啖都帶來甜蜜的滋味。常餐($68)嚟到茶餐廳點都要點個常餐食下,最經典嘅茶餐叉燒比較薄,但係通粉湯底好香濃。再配上餐包同埋流心嘅煎蛋,又多款式又可以DIY。
