To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 驚喜me time

今日在太子做嘢，意外地早咗完，適逢落大雨濕立立，就決定忙裡偷閒，為自己制造me time。好耐冇嚟過呢頭，見到這間新開的餐廳，環境光猛舒服，有我最愛台灣飲品，就坐低飲杯嘢，涼涼身。可能時間尚早，人不是太多，我就坐响入門一角，睇咗一陣，就試最原味的珍珠奶茶。這杯奶茶珍珠煙韌彈牙，茶味香濃唔苦，有驚喜！一邊坐一邊玩手機，等停雨加等時間，留意到老闆同幾枱客都有傾有講，仲主動為小朋友送上兒童餐具，很細心。。。
