又到我嘅生日月, 閨密話同我食好西,就帶咗我嚟位於銅鑼灣嘅一瀧。原來呢間日式餐廳都相當特色,環境仲好有日本風情。一到埗職員就帶我哋進入呢個榻榻米座位,朋友仲話要一早預訂先有得坐。雖然環境都屬於中上檔次,但呢度食物價錢又唔算貴。前菜我哋揀咗牛油果赤身他他,牛油果🥑嘅軟滑配上吞拿魚赤身嘅微彈口感,令人忍不住一口一口咁樣食落去。最近特別鍾意食蛋類製品,所以就揀咗明太子玉子燒,玉子保持應有嘅濕潤,明太子份量不多不少,配合蛋香簡直天衣無縫。朋友最鍾意食蔥,所以二話不說就點選呢個赤身大蔥卷,蔥粒混入咗喺吞拿魚蓉入面,味道唔算太強烈,但帶來不一樣的口感,不嗜蔥嘅我都感到相當驚喜。另外我哋仲揀咗芝士吉列黑豚卷,深藏之內嘅吉列黑豚仍然保持香脆,配合芝士同沙律醬味道一流。鹽燒A4和牛串嘅價錢,原本令我有點卻步,不過朋友誠意推介,一食之下真係覺得好感動,鬆軟嘅肉質帶有滿滿嘅肉味,真不愧為A4和牛。平時嘅西京燒通常都係配比目魚、銀鱈魚之類,而呢個佐賀金星豚西京味噌燒就係配上豚腩肉,雖然係以腩肉製造,不過經過燒烤之後,就再無油膩感,反而變得份外甘香,配搭新穎有驚喜。我最鍾意食雞軟骨,估唔到呢度嘅雞軟骨係原條骹位
