睇到食評都讚好食,不妨試一試,兩人叫左兩碗麫+兩款主菜,份量啱啱好。Baked Mushroom(with soya sauce) HK$120 - 磨菇鋪上類似焗過麫包糠,份外香口,但就要趁熱食,食到最尾幾舊凍既磨菇,麫包就變好干好干。Smoked Pork HK$120 - 一碟有兩塊,豬肉上有塊疑似cheese物體,肉幾嫩,味道ok。Ume Shio Raman HK$120 + Boiled Egg HK$12 - 友人試左我份麫既頭啖湯,佢話要嗒嗒下先有梅味,但系我成碗食都唔覺有,我估計粒梅未有盅爛,所以淨系放粒梅响湯度無咩梅味但得鹽味。叉燒肉都唔錯,但我怕肥,咬走肥部份,整塊食應該會好味d。拉麫煙煙靭靭,半熟蛋有流心又好味,但唔知系咪食得慢,雖然麫沒有淋,但越食越咸,因為蛋放到最後食,連蛋外面咸左dSoya Raman HK$100 + Boiled Egg HK$12 + Seaweed HK$12 - 比較下梅+鹽湯同醬油湯,醬油依回勝!論價錢,貴左d,但加埋service,咁都要既。
