To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮庭 (將軍澳)地址:將軍澳唐德街9號將軍澳中心2樓220A及220B號舖位置較為難搵,位於將軍澳中心2樓停車場出面,因為冇商場升降機到,如果推住BB車只能用扶手電梯,因此我覺得這間酒樓不適合區外BB去(大廈住戶有住宅升降機到達)因為有信用卡優惠所以點了套餐及散點了兩款食物:匯豐信用卡優惠的四人餐$698。滷水四色拼盤足料啖啖肉,墊底豆腐好好味,四人份量剛剛好。高湯焗加拿大龍蝦龍蝦肉太少,高湯伊麵味道不錯,但碎骨較多,食嘅時候要非常小心。瑤柱花膠螺頭燉雞用料豐富,雞味香濃,能分8碗。茶樹菇蒸沙巴躉賣相靚,刀工好,茶樹菇炒豬肉配魚肉及豉油,好好味。沙律醬烤骨火候剛好,汁好惹味另加+。煎蠔間剪得香脆,口感結實,蠔仔肥嘟嘟,配合魚露食太正。稻草鴨 半隻煙熏味濃,一試愛上,口感鮮嫩整體而言,晚餐非常滿意,而且員工服務非常好。
