Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽說La Parole將收入扣除開支後,全數營運庭恩兒童中心,以善心幫助語言障礙低收入家庭的小朋友,而今天與朋友中午特意前來支持一下! 入到去個環境不錯,雖然沒有一般法式餐廳的豪華裝修,但我十分喜歡這種平實的感覺。Lunch Menu共3個Courses,包括前菜、主菜和甜品,而店員先講解每道菜式的賣點,再給我們選擇。3 Courses前先上了龍眼包及法式麵包,其中最欣賞是龍眼包,麵包外脆內軟,帶有豐富的合桃及龍眼肉乾果味,非常特別。前菜選了Premium Spanish Ham With Figs And Green Salad。24個月風乾的西班牙火腿,煙韌得來亦不會太乾,無花果非常香甜,剛好中和鹹鹹地的火腿。Lunch的收費是用主菜來介定,視乎選的菜式作收費,除了牛扒外,一般$200以下,價錢算抵食。普遍法國餐以精緻為主,細細碟,由於不知份量幾大,驚不吃飽的我,就選了Seafood Risotto。原來主菜亦比想像中不算太細份,海鮮亦足料,蜆、帶子、蝦等,而意大利飯軟身,同時吸收海鮮的味道,味道濃郁!最後選了Heart Of Fresh Fruit With Strawberry

最後選了Heart Of Fresh Fruit With Strawberry Sorbet作甜品,心心形餅乾底下是士多啤梨雪芭,比較酸,不過配合旁邊的水果粒粒,甜甜酸酸亦不錯。

整體環境、服務、食物也不錯,而原來餐廳為求客人新鮮感,每個星期也轉Menu,有空一定再來!
