夜晚同朋友去左一間食潮州菜既酒樓到食晚飯。呢間酒樓裝修得幾靚,入面亦都幾多人一家大細過黎食飯。佢既伴碟菜係醃酸菜。首先,就飲返杯功夫茶,清香既茶味帶點回甘既味道。有好多傳統既潮州菜可以選擇。不過,由於我地唔太肚餓,所以唔算點左好多野,只係叫左兩道菜。第一樣係呢個方魚抄芥蘭,我好鐘意食方魚,佢係炸到好脆既魚片仔,好香口,配埋新鮮既芥蘭好好味。另一道菜道係煎蠔烙,唔同地方既蠔餅都有獨特既配方同特色,呢度既蠔餅就比較薄,入面有好多蠔,夠哂足料。

另一道菜道係煎蠔烙,唔同地方既蠔餅都有獨特既配方同特色,呢度既蠔餅就比較薄,入面有好多蠔,夠哂足料。
