To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Express Lunch A + B + C終於有機會嚟 Glasshouse (太古城中心) 食飯，用 APP 訂位十分方便，好多次路過門口見廚櫃放滿精美蛋糕甜品，不過今日可能時間尚早蛋糕款式較少，所以無食蛋糕改叫咗其他嘢。佢午餐選擇好多，可以跟沙律自助餐，南瓜湯、牛油果、熱狗、薯條，仲有第一次食鷄蛋仔跟火鍋，大部分質素算唔錯，而且價錢唔算太貴，只是室內音樂有點大，影響到唔容易傾偈，和眼見只有兩三位店員，所以整體來說還是有改善嘅空間。
