自從上次家姐帶我去食omakase後就念念不忘,今次輪到佢生日我都帶返佢食omakase慶祝。我地今次揀左中級嘅“彩”set,包括前菜、刺身、熱葷、壽司、湯及甜品。每樣食物師傅都好用心地喺我地面前製作,可以邊欣賞師傅精湛嘅手藝刀功邊品嘗美食,成餐飯食得開心又滿足。前菜 - 中拖羅魚子醬 師傅將中拖羅剁成肉碎,撈勻魚子醬食。第一次食,魚子醬爆開嘅感覺幾特別。赤貝咬落清爽、彈牙,好鮮味。北海道生蠔好大隻,食落海水味唔重,仲好鮮甜。海鰻魚bb同螢光魷魚都係春季限定,海鰻魚bb爽口得嚟又有點煙韌,螢光魷魚有少少海水鹹味好好食。鮑魚鮑魚肝醬一啲都唔腥,就咁食都好味。鮑魚經過鹽烤口感精緻,撈埋鮑魚肝醬令鮮味更突出。蛋黃醬牡丹蝦食落有啲黏口,味道甜甜地好好味。燒拖羅 師傅將拖羅烤熟表面後,再用海苔夾埋山葵、紫蘇葉,再灑上岩鹽先完成。一啖咬落去魚油滿瀉,味道好有層次好正。炸牡丹蝦頭 師傅將牡丹蝦製成兩種菜式一蝦兩味,估唔到炸過嘅蝦頭都咁好味,加左檸檬汁唔會好膩好正。燒目光魚比較多骨但可以輕易咬碎嚟食,食落有少少腥味,不過加左檸檬汁好啲。漬物有蒜頭、子薑、蕎頭、淮山及牛蒡。壽司深海池魚 - 好香魚油味安
