幾個朋友仔黎新蒲崗學做手工藝,做得慢比預期中🙈冇睇有啲乜嘢想食。因為附近都係工廠區,諗住一係就去mikiki,但係其實我唔係咁鍾意食連鎖店。所以嗱嗱聲上OpenRice睇有乜食。一見到呢間排第一位,仲要冇負評仲好近整手工嘅地點。我哋路痴都係唔好周圍去就嚟呢間。一開門就係茶餐廳格局,坐滿晒人好恐怖🙈我記得上網睇過話呢間個海鮮鍋係要一早預訂,問個哥仔有啲乜嘢係好食。佢就介紹醉雞鍋同椰子雞鍋好好食😂行經一次我地枱就細細聲講一次😂咁就椰子雞啦,見到個賣相好靚仔,仲有好鍾意食嘅洋蔥芫荽同炸蒜頭。白色湯底好濃郁。一放低個煲就香噴噴啲椰汁好杰,偷食咗一啖有啲似沙嗲王嘅白咖哩,不過冇咁濃味。不過啲雞就鞋左啲糾結緊食本地手切牛要二百幾蚊定係食安格斯肥牛百幾,因為唔知有幾大碟,所以就叫咗個平嘅大碟版睇下咩料先。上菜嘅時候見到啲牛肉有雪花紋。肉嘅顏色都深色代表肉味相當濃,又知唔算多肥膏,不過有啲筋。影相中間有假花好似幾好睇,不過我見有塵🙈唔整仲好呢間野啲嘢食唔算貴蔬菜類只係$18,一般打邊爐平均都要三十幾,仲有少有既萵筍雖然要加錢。其他即食野就$38例如蟹柳乜丸牛丸嗰啲。仲有啲內臟牛骨髓大腸豬粉腸都唔算貴$

呢間野啲嘢食唔算貴蔬菜類只係$18,一般打邊爐平均都要三十幾,仲有少有既萵筍雖然要加錢。其他即食野就$38例如蟹柳乜丸牛丸嗰啲。仲有啲內臟牛骨髓大腸豬粉腸都唔算貴$60左右。其他比較精緻嘅就貴啲。例如佢哋嘅黑松露墨魚丸要$98但係一碟又唔知幾多粒,所以我哋叫咗個三色丸其實都$88。

但係就包括左佢哋嘅招牌松露墨魚丸都幾大粒墨魚粒。見到黑色嘅黑松露粒粒食落去惹味墨魚粒夠彈牙。豬肉丸就有啲似食粥嗰間琛仔記嗰啲。個肉心啲肉汁真係好好味。鯪魚球我冇食到啊不過朋友仔話幾好唔腥。

我哋叫咗粟米響鈴百葉豆腐豆卜呢啲全部都正常味。除咗韭菜餃亦都係招牌菜,韭菜餃真係好味,好快就KO左一碟想再叫多碟。餃子皮唔厚,唔會一舊好硬,入面充滿着啲肉都新鮮,滿滿的韭菜好多汁無楂似新鮮包既。
四個埋單只係$530仲無加一,高質得黎又抵食,我諗平日好多大叔落嚟一路食一路飲啤酒一定好旺。
