今日第一次來到牛禪日式料理食神戶牛肉,經品嚐後有深深嘅感受, 忍唔住要同大家分享一吓牛嘅味道。極上和牛盛宴包括有十款唔同牛嘅部位, 眼見肉質色澤桃紅,脂肪色澤白雪,顏色配合得非常漂亮, 放進口內瞬間就感受到那溫和的味道在擴散,豐富的甜味和獨特的香味,肉質幼細而且脂肪帶黏性, 有些脂肪較少紅肉較多,美味嘅成分濃縮咗一起 ,因此品嚐到牛肉本來的鮮味, 口感味道香味樣樣俱全在不同部位上,令人一試難忘秋刀魚刺身兩食魚如其名,勝產於秋, 季節性產品, 食落油脂豐富肉質嫩甜,食完一片慢慢感受下口腔入面嘅餘韻再食第二片,好野係要慢慢答清楚, 另外第二食係一舊舊嘅秋刀魚上有海膽刺身, 海膽質感細膩,入口即溶,兩者出奇地配合牛肉一定要配合蔬菜或少許飯一起吃 ,兼顧營養嘅均衡而不油膩,点了些鮮冬菇,日本蕃薯,長蒽,翠玉瓜日式炒雜菜等....特色飲品顏色鮮豔,有層次感 ,果味亦很豐富
