To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約了朋友到太古康怡廣場3樓的「金公館」晚膳。地點非常方便,地鐵出口直達,無懼日曬雨淋。餐廳裝修華麗,半廂房間隔,最適宜一家老少或良朋歡聚。說到京菜,當然要點「北京填鴨」;而川菜則少不了「酸菜魚」和「夫妻肺片」。“烤北京填鴨”(饃饃皮、醬料及配菜),填鴨皮肉分離,並去除中間的肥膏,鴨皮爽脆香口,鴨肉嫩滑,沾上附設的醬料,再用軟綿綿的饃饃皮,包住配菜一起吃,多重口感,惹味非常。醬料有甜麵醬、桂花醬、酸梅醬.....等。配菜有蜜瓜條、青瓜條、京蔥絲和西芹絲。“金湯老壇酸菜魚”,一大鍋,材料豐富,有鱸魚片、老壇酸菜、萵筍、粉皮、辣椒.......等。魚肉大大塊,爽滑鮮嫩,啖啖肉。魚湯底濃郁,由多種材料肴製,特別美味。“夫妻肺片”,有牛心、牛肚、牛舌、牛肉.....等,非常入味,配上花生及芝麻,麻辣爽口,川味十足。“蒜泥白玉”,涼菜之一,用半肥瘦豬肉卷住青瓜,口感特別,蒜香味濃郁。“紅糖滋粑”,經典川菜甜品,甜絲絲,煙煙韌韌,是很好的飯後甜品。這裏的環境不錯,服務細心,菜式多樣,京川滬粵都有,是約會聚餐的好地方,難怪坐無虛席。
