To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假，去左觀塘APM 行下有咩事，想食壽司，最後簡左去「千兩」，見有午市套餐，我叫左個套有4件壽司，4件都係正野，牛油海蝦、炙燒帶子、鰻魚、三文魚、牛肉烏冬、天婦羅、沙律，價錢$122 另外再加一，味道我覺得千兩一向都係連鎖壽司店黎講係比較有信心保證，逢星期一至五，12點至5:30 有午市套餐，keep 到水準，下次會試下其他套餐，環境都光猛舒服，窗口仲會望到地鐵經過，有種悠閑日本feel ,服務都好好，keep 住會不斷加水。如果一個人，平時正價就偏貴D,午市價值，性價比較高，會再食啲😊
