樟茶鴨喺香港比較少見 所以睇完餐牌就決定要叫佢店員話呢個係川式名菜 好多工序㗎一嚟到已經聞到陣陣煙燻香鴨皮好酥脆 鴨肉都幾嫩仲可以用荷葉包夾住嚟食蟹粉小籠包呢度嘅小籠包唔算好薄皮 冇咁容易一夾就穿一咬落去就爆晒湯汁 蟹粉同肉嘅比例幾好酸辣湯水餃天氣涼左食番碗酸辣湯就啱晒蝦肉夠晒爽甜 仲有木耳筍絲肉絲豆腐 勁足料水餃人手制作 餃子皮好煙韌 餡料係韭菜豬肉大排骨擔擔麵蜜汁排骨甜甜地又厚切 軟腍juicy擔擔麵超香花生醬味少少辣 啱晒我口味
