To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修以木系中國古風為主,明亮乾淨。餐廳主要提供薄餅、烤物、牛扒、意大利飯、意大利粉等食品。 這次是朋友帶路才知道此店,雖然已經過了一段時間,但依然非常懷念美味的海膽飯,是一間高質的隱世小店。 香草燒春雞:以鹽、黑椒、洋蔥🧅、蒜蓉、香草等醃製再經過烤焗約40分鐘,外皮烤至金黃色脆皮,肉質火喉剛好。 菠蘿辣肉腸薄餅:餅底鬆脆芝士香濃,蕃茄醬與芝士配襯得好好。 意式雜腸拼盤:香烤至脆皮的三款意大利腸(辣肉腸、珍寶牛肉腸、雞肉腸),每款各有兩條。 海膽魚籽意大利飯:海膽味香濃,而且粒粒均衡,係我暫時食過最好吃的海膽意大利飯。
