To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男朋友食飯，喺觀塘一間叫《川粤時空時尚小廚》，餐廳係食川菜和悅菜為主，選擇非常多，每款菜式都好靚，味道非常好。麻辣夫妻肺片⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢份夫妻肺片，夠晒麻辣，啱晒我哋兩個鍾意食麻辣嘅人，最鍾意食牛肚，煙靱又彈牙，咬落去好有口感！麻辣牛肉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢份麻辣牛肉仲正，牛肉用上大量亁辣椒🌶️一起乾炒，非常惹味，每片牛肉都被辣椒乾的香氣包圍着，一啖送一啖飯一陣間就食晒全部。涼拌皮蛋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢份皮蛋係用金黃色皮蛋製成嘅，顏色非常靚，蛋黃呈現橙黃色，令人食慾大增。乾鍋田雞⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️田雞唔係成日有機會食到，嚟到呢度當然是要食田雞啦！田雞肉柔嫩，肉質又夠滑，加上紅辣椒，青辣椒，香芹，香蔥，芫荽和黐埋一起爆炒，真係非常惹味。
