To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚﹐人氣旺但唔算等得耐食物味道正﹐份量大而且價錢平佢地嘅招牌厚切豬扒飯﹐真係好夠份量﹐而且塊豬扒厚得嚟好滑﹐肉汁鎖住﹐加上豉油汁十分惹味﹐必定令人食完再encore佢哋個晚餐仲要包埋飲品﹐叫咗杯文東薑汁拉茶﹐好好味！另外﹐芝士焗咖哩雞肉﹐可選配飯或烤餅﹐我地揀咗烤餅。咖喱好惹味但唔太辣﹐個烤餅燒得啱啱好﹐脆脆地﹐咖喱汁係精華﹐真係好想全部烤餅每一個位都點滿咖喱汁！之後再飲杯怡保白咖啡﹐無得頂！抵食😋😋😋
