To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同大家介紹嘅係小妹呢3年都有keep 住幫襯嘅日本料理餐廳😆 呢間餐廳主打唔同配搭嘅魚生飯, 而小妹最中意就係第一張相嘅雜錦魚生飯🤤 入面有三文魚, 油甘魚, 北寄貝, 帶子等等, 份量十足! 加上件件魚生都好新鮮😋 幫襯左3年, 質素不變, 相當有保證, 無令小妹失望!✿由於小妹太中意食魚生, 所以每次都會去食魚生飯同刺身, 比較少試店舖嘅其他菜式😛 其實店舖仲有各種壽司熟食燒物鍋物等等🍣🥘🍲 食物高質之餘, 價錢都幾抵架, 吸引唔少喺附近返學嘅學生幫襯🎒 大家經開可以不妨去試下!✿P.s. 有時坐到bar枱仲有機會目睹師傅劏魚嘅過程, 小妹有幸欣賞過一次, 朋友都大讚師傅刀法專業👍品嘗住鮮味十足嘅魚生丼嚟欣賞師傅用利落嘅刀法劏一條肥美嘅三文魚, 簡直係有齊五官享受😍
