今日去咗食日本嘅拉麵店。麵屋武藏來自日本,喺日本曾經獲得唔少獎項。鹽味炙燒豚肉清湯麵 $80拉麵湯底清新,適合夏天食用。鹽味炙燒豚肉用上既豚肉比較肥美,油脂豐富,但配上清湯湯底又唔會覺得太油膩。黑武骨豚角煮拉麵$79濃厚嘅蒜香豬骨湯加入黑蒜油製成嘅黑武骨湯底,香味十足,湯頭濃郁。相比一般叉燒,我自己更加鍾意食豚角煮。呢度既豚角煮係原條五花腩上檯,五花腩清晰咁展現紋理,食落口感一流。而拉麵方面,呢度既麵身採用左一般粗幼,口感彈牙,掛湯程度都唔錯。唐揚豆池魚$45豆池魚嘅大小啱啱好適合一啖一條,而且炸得非常酥脆香口,可以連埋骨一齊食,餸酒一流,配上醬汁,鮮味十足。蒜香魷魚鬚$45魷魚鬚每一條都非常之大條,厚度十足,食落口感彈牙有咬口,蒜香嘅醬汁有啲似燒汁,非常惹味。巨峰葡萄椰果特飲$15蘋果椰果特飲$15
