估唔到喺香港都可以食到咁新鮮嘅日本野🥹今日同朋友嚟撐枱腳,吧枱位置幾好坐,好啱傾偈,我哋慢慢食都食咗成兩個幾鐘。☺️首先前菜係沙甸魚多春魚沙律,用紅蘿蔔同埋青瓜點嚟食,兩種唔同嘅新鮮夾埋口感好得意。跟住店員就將我哋今日嗌嘅海鮮全部show俾我哋睇,隻鮑魚仲喺度郁緊超新鮮!最特別係條池魚,佢瞓喺度平平無奇,但係一上到嚟,每一片都薄切,但厚度適中,再配埋酸醋汁加蘿蔔蓉,帶出池魚嘅鮮甜!份量都好多~推介要夾埋呢支梅子啫喱酒一齊飲,啫喱嘅口感第一次試!超濃梅子味同刺身好夾!燒活蟶子同鮑魚,估唔到食到佢嘅原汁原味,完全唔點任何嘢都好鮮甜,同埋好Juicy,但又唔會腥,對燒海鮮改觀!酒蒸文蛤,佢會用啲火燒一燒,帶出酒香,又係超鮮甜同埋有淡淡嘅清酒味(好似係)。燒鱈場蟹腳,啱啱去完北海道嘅我食咗超多蟹腳,但呢隻嘅size同味道,拍得上我喺北海道食嘅,$328 咁大隻!吞拿魚手卷同海膽三文魚子手卷,佢嘅吞拿魚蓉係手切,唔會太多脂肪嘅吞拿魚。海膽超正!$88 呢個質素同份量算抵食。✍🏻整體嚟講真係好少喺香港食到咁高質嘅日本嘢,新鮮得黎,完全食到海鮮嘅鮮味,同每一道慢慢上俾你,等你可以趁熱食,慢慢品嚐,真心
