最近太忙碌,連去旅行都未能抽到時間,唯有去食餐高質日本菜安慰一下疲倦的心靈, 門口充滿日本風味,真係冇揀錯地方今日就來嘆一個omakase 金目鯛厚切後炮製成壽司,皮脆肉爽甜,質感紮實鮮甜池魚,雖然魚味較淡,但喜愛是高蛋白兼脂肪含量低肉質彈牙有咬口赤貝,那份鮮美令人喜愛,彈潤的口感和鮮美的味道都讓人難忘大拖羅,甘香魚油,入口即溶,肥美可口,肉質軟熟,魚油香味充斥整個口腔,久久不散,令人回味醬油漬中拖羅,油分適中而無筋,入口即溶,雖然塗上醬油,但冇掩蓋濃郁魚味,反而豐富了味昆布漬伊佐木,布漬有提升食材味道的作用,用昆布來包著魚,鮮味被魚吸收,伊佐木薄薄的魚肉白裡透著點點粉紅,光澤油潤,肉質柔軟中帶彈性,油脂不算太多,口感爽脆,細緻清新香滑碗蒸蛋小小一份滑嫩鮮味
